The Allegheny Highlands Repeater Association supports
Warren & Somerset County ARES, RACES/ACS, and Skywarn.
The Allegheny Highlands Repeater Association is a non-profit group formed for the purpose of maintaining IP, optical, radio and repeater equipment managed by the AHRA and associated entities and individuals.  Associated entities and individuals include but are not limited to the WAN Repeater System, and Warren County RACES.  The Cambria Radio Club is a sister organization with leadership, views, ideas, and goals parallel to those of the AHRA.
